<br /> Summerall Park Boat Ramp and Park Improvements, Tavares, FL — Sr. Project Engineer.
<br /> Responsible for design of ADA boat ramp system, which included 30 long aluminum access ramp and
<br /> a 20' long floating dock. Additional park improvements consisted of ADA restroom building, pavilion and
<br /> parking facilities. Coordinated all stormwater, parking, dredging, boundary surveys, property
<br /> verification, material disposal, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance for access to
<br /> accessory docks.
<br /> Woodlea Sports Complex, Tavares, FL — Project Engineer. Responsible for design of 40-acre sports
<br /> park, which includes 10 playing fields for baseball, softball and soccer in accordance with the City's
<br /> master plan. Design includes grading, stormwater, parking, traffic flow, amenities, buildings, wetland
<br /> conservation and ADA compliance.
<br /> Wooten Park Boat Ramp Dredging, Tavares, FL — Design Engineer. Evaluated the potential
<br /> redesign of the Wooten Park Boat Ramp. Also assessed possible upland structure in relation to
<br /> drainage for conceptual plan.
<br /> Conveyance Capacity Evaluation Project, South Florida Management District (SFWMD), FL —
<br /> Design Engineer. Assisted in collecting design and construction information for the reporting and
<br /> analysis of 96 miles of canals in SFWMD area.
<br /> Cascade Condominiums, South Daytona Beach Shores, FL — Project Engineer. Redesigned site
<br /> for building renovation.
<br /> Southport Business Center, Charlotte County, FL — Design Engineer. Responsible for design of the
<br /> •
<br /> Southport Business Center.
<br /> Osceola Crossings, Kissimmee, FL — Design Engineer. Responsible for site development of a 27.5
<br /> acre parcel for a large retail/warehouse building and four (4) separate outparcels with attendant paved
<br /> parking areas. Project included two intersection expansions along Osceola Parkway. Project included •
<br /> grading and drainage plans, stormwater management permit, water and sewer, and erosion control
<br /> plans
<br /> Flagler County Humane Society Building Expansion, Flagler County, FL — Design Engineer.
<br /> Developed site plans for expansion of building. Project included necessary permits for drainage plans,
<br /> driveway connection to US Highway 1 in Flagler County, and new sewage lift station.
<br /> Bus Maintenance Facility, Delray Beach, FL — Design Engineer. Developed paving, drainage, water
<br /> and sewer plans form a Palm Beach County Bus Maintenance and Administration Facility. The site
<br /> consisted of 7.5 acres, which also included a design of a wastewater lift station. Project included
<br /> applying and obtaining permit approval for water and sewer facilities from its appropriate regulatory
<br /> agencies. This project also included detention pond and exfiltration trench design.
<br /> Drainage Improvements, City Of Atlantis, FL — Design Engineer. Responsible for the development of
<br /> drainage plans for drainage improvements for the City of Atlantis, FL. The project involved coordination
<br /> with the necessary permitting agencies, development of contract specifications, assisting with bidding
<br /> and construction services.
