STE's Scope of Service included a <br /> boundary and topographic survey and the preparation and processing a plat through the City and <br /> Dade County. STE prepared on-site and off-site engineering design plans for the construction of <br /> internal roadways; drainage, sewage collection system and water distribution system and <br /> construction services to service the units and obtained all necessary permits through the applicable <br /> agencies. <br /> Key Personnel: Michael R.
