STE's Scope of Service included a boundary and topographic <br /> survey and the preparation and processing a plat through the City and Dade County. STE prepared <br /> on-site and off-site engineering design plans for the construction of internal roadways, drainage, <br /> sewage collection system and water distribution system and construction services to service the units <br /> and obtained all necessary permits through the applicable agencies. <br /> Key Personnel: Clifford Loutan.
