When all incomplete or defective work has been remedied, the <br /> ® City will be advised of acceptability of the project completeness and <br /> ® recommend issuance of a Certificate of Substantial Completion. The team will <br /> verify and report/the completion of all punch list items. <br /> ® The Corradino.,team-is highly proficient in the procedures and training required <br /> ® to perform accurate .material testing services including: sarhpling, testing and <br /> ® results compilation and.documentation. We are also experienced in the <br /> ® implementation of both' CQC and non-COC projects. The majority of our <br /> personnel are certified by FDOT to perform on-site Asphalt; Earthwork and <br /> ® Concrete sampling and testing. <br /> ® _ - <br /> ® MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING <br /> ® Many municipalities are tasked with the review of traffic impact analysis of <br /> ® development applications. Corradino has been assisting many cities with this for <br /> ® years. The firm purposely has no significant private-sector work so that it may <br /> ® function as an unbiased advocate for the municipalities. There are no conflicts <br /> of interest. Additionally, having reviewed these impact analyses for so long, <br /> ® from each of the engineering firms that perform them for the development <br /> ® community, Corradino understands how these analyses may be manipulated by <br /> applicants to show minimal impacts to the community.
