MDS Utilities and FDOT owned <br /> ® vacant parcel locations. <br /> ® Summary of Relevant Experience <br /> Doral Automated Concurrency Management System Doral Florida - 2007/2008 <br /> ® Project Manager The Concurrency Management System (CMS) for the City of Doral was <br /> ® developed to facilitate the issuance of development orders (building permits)under the <br /> requirements of Florida State Statute 163.3202(g) and in accordance with Chapter 9J- <br /> e5.055 of the Florida Administrative Code. The CMS ensured that infrastructure needed to <br /> ® support development was available concurrently with the impacts of such development. <br /> Facilities and services subject to concurrency review were roads and mass transit, sanitary <br /> ® sewers, potable water, solid waste, drainage, and parks and recreation.
