Upon selection, it <br /> is anticipated that the City will have varied needs, most of which will conform to <br /> ® the services listed in the RFQ. The City will develop a scope of services for an <br /> individual project and ask its selected consultants to propose on it. Corradino <br /> ® will develop and'submit a proposal to accomplish the scope of services. This will <br /> include a detailed methodology, a time frame with milestones and a <br /> completion date, and a task-by-task cost. Upon selection, and a written notice <br /> ® to proceed, Corradino will immediately begin work. Joseph M. Corradino, AICP <br /> ® will be the main contact on every effort. He will organize technical staff, meet <br /> with the City's Project Manager, make presentations, submit monthly project <br /> ® reports and invoices, and oversee final reporting. As Project Manager, Mike <br /> Ciscar, PE will manage the technical work for each effort. Frequent and open <br /> ® communication between Corradino and the City ,will assure that issues are <br /> addressed with immediacy. The approved budget,,and time frame will be <br /> ® adhered to each and every time. Corradino provides its clients with the highest <br /> ® quality product, on time and within budget. <br /> ® The Corradino Team understands Traffic . Engineering and Transportation <br /> Planning projects, and applying them in general services contracts. The team <br /> ® has done so for more than 41 years for municipalities across the nation. An <br /> ® underpinning of just about all traffic and transportation is an understanding of <br /> ® each specific issue that the City wants. The development of scopes of service <br /> ® to adequately study each issue becomes critical in addressing concerns with <br /> ® sufficient detail. High quality data is integral to each analysis.
