The site plan called for filling a half-million cubic yards in the parking lots to make this flat site into a two-level lot to serve the entrances to this 2-level mall.The drainage system was integrated • into an adjacent state road limited access right-of-way and included a drainage basin with existing • sub-divisions which had to be rerouted through the project. The internal ring road of the project • allowed for the development for 4 out-parcel sites now developed into office complexes. • FDOT District VI,Miami, Florida-Principal-in-Charge for several FDOT assignments including: • • Kendall Drive widening PD&E and final design • • Florida Turnpike widening between Kendall and Sunset Drive • • 1-95 expansion between SR 836 and SR 112 • HOV lanes from 1-95 to SR 112 and Metrorail • • Principal-in-Charge for the preliminary Port of Miami Tunnel PD&E Study • • Port of Miami Access Bridge, Miami, Florida - Project Manager responsible for the management of the new Port of Miami high-level bridge. As the Owner's representative. Mr. Ajamil directed all • aspects of the planning, corridor selection, and project approvals.
