(B&A) developed the Citywide <br /> • Citywide Parks Master Plan Parks Master Plan for the City of Miami Beach which called for <br /> • Miami Beach, Florida improvements to 6 of the City's parks and facilities: North Shore <br /> • Open Space, North Shore Park, Lummus Park, South Pointe Park <br /> • Client: City of Miami Beach and a maintenance yard. <br /> • Size: 21 City Parks <br /> Cost: $17 Million B&A carried out a Parks and Facilities Needs Assessment and <br /> • evaluated the conditions and recreational uses of each park <br /> • in order to arrive at a list of required improvements. This project <br /> • was carried out with extensive community involvement in order <br /> • to incorporate in the Master Plan the community's needs and <br /> • preferences.
