Our design team has worked on projects throughout the south o eastern United States, the Caribbean and Mexico and has an excellent knowledge of a wide range of plant O• materials from different climatic zones throughout Florida and the tropics. Having been involved with projects in 0 such a wide range of climatic conditions, we can assist with identification of both native and exotic species. ® Cost Estimation Our Team is well aware of the pressures on the spending of public funds and the ability to bring projects under O budget and on time that the City can then maintain over a long period.Our goal for all of our projects is to maximise • our Client's investment whether that be a private developer or a public entity .To facilitate an ongoing accurate ® • overview of project cost estimates and budgets, we have added US Cost as port of our team of subconsultants. • The Firm has extensive experience in cost estimating and will provide our team and designers accurate and • detailed cost estimates at each critical milestone in the plan development phase for each assignment. This will • help the City and our team maintain strict cost controls over the project and assure the City a project will be • delivered at or under budget. 0 O CONTINUING SERVICES AGREEMENT CONTRACTS 0 ® B&A has established an excellent record of performance on the execution of numerous projects under these ® contracts. We are presently working on projects at all stages of development including several which were • recently completed such as the City of Hallandale's City Wide Parks Master Plan and the NW 107th Avenue ® Streetscape Project in Doral. In addition, the East Atlantic Boulevard Streetscape Project in Pompano Beach will ® be completed in the next several weeks. All three of these projects were carried out meeting all established ® schedules and with minimal cost overruns. The 5 acre Palm Aire Park (renamed George Brummer Park) in • Pompano Beach is scheduled to open in November 2011 and Wittkop Park in Homestead is scheduled to open ® in December 2011. Both projects are on budget and schedule with no change orders on either to this point. In • Coconut Creek, we are about to begin our third project under that Continuing Services Agreement developing ® the City's New Greenways Plan.
