Site rehabilitation completion order issued by FDEP. <br /> Project Manager/Project Engineer; Fuel System Replacement, LOC, <br /> Inc.—Obtained regulatory approval and funding for excavation and fuel <br /> system replacement as the lowest cost cleanup option in response to a second <br /> release event at Suncoast Amoco facility No. 135 in St. Petersburg. Florida in <br /> 1992. Designed/selected all components for a multi-compartment tank and <br /> fueling system upgraded with secondary containment. Integrated piping for <br /> ASNE and nutrient injection at various desired depths in the excavation <br /> backfill. Reduced remaining soil and groundwater contamination from <br /> surrounding zones (beneath building. etc.) using ASNE and bioremediation. <br /> Inspected installation. Prepared excavation and cost reports. <br /> Expert Witness; Confidential Client—Discovered evidence of substantial <br /> fraud against client by previous consultant, based on initial review of client's <br /> files for a convenience store in central Florida. Estimated and documented <br /> fraudulent invoice transactions. Supported legal counsel's securing an expedit- <br /> ed civil judgment against the consultant, who was at the time missing. In- <br /> volved the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Provided them with <br /> spreadsheet tabulations and other evidence of false fees.
