The redesigned stormwater <br /> system was directed to the proposed regional treatment stormwater park that ECT is currently <br /> I designing. ECT also obtained all of the necessary site and environmental permits for the project. <br /> Utility coordination proved to be a challenging aspect of the project. The old roadway utility mapping <br /> was incomplete so the project required in-field modifications to deal with the newly discovered <br /> Iutilities. <br /> ' " ,;.
