ECT's proposed project team has
been assembled based on their proven ability to achieve all of the City's project objectives and accom-
plish all services identified in the solicitation. Highlights of ECT's responsiveness to the project require-
ments include:
• ECT's proposed approach has been proven successful on current and past governmental
' agency contracts, and on numerous other multidisciplinary contracts similar to the re-
quested engineering and consulting services.
• Project team personnel have been selected based on their unique qualifications and ex-
perience to complete the project requirements.
• Project team's project experience meets and exceeds the anticipated scope of services.
• Proposed local project management team (Fort Lauderdale) provides for effective control,
coordination, and communication with City staff.
• Proposed project team has extensive experience over many years of coordinating and
working with South Florida governmental agencies to solve local engineering and envi-
ronmental issues.
ECT's understanding of technical and administrative aspects of successful civil and environmental engi-
neering projects, including but not limited to drainage system design, force main analysis and storm-
water management projects, is described briefly below.
' TECHNICAL ASPECTS
ECT personnel have completed more than 550 water-related projects in Florida, resulting in a high level
of personnel expertise, and a wealth of experience in all phases of water resource, civil and environ-
mental engineering and consulting.
