I C' <br /> - Civil/Environmental Engineering <br /> RFQ#12-04-02 <br /> I • Complete surface finish for the well consisting of a concrete pad and a vault as described <br /> in the work plan. <br /> • Collect any samples of cutting as required for waste characterization. <br /> • Restore site area. <br /> • Submit any soil sample collected to the laboratory. <br /> IArrange for disposal of contaminated cuttings. <br /> • Prepare and submit appropriate report. <br /> IWell Abandonment: <br /> • Repeat first six items under the well installation procedure. <br /> • Have driller obtain all required permits. <br /> I <br /> • Travel to site. <br /> • Have safety meeting with all parties. <br /> • Set up equipment at the well location. <br /> • Trimme grout into the well screen and riser. With pipe from the bottom up, grout may be <br /> installed under pressure or by gravity in accordance with work plan. <br /> • Allow grout level to stabilize and top off with grout, as required. <br /> • Remove concrete pad and well vault. <br /> • Restore the disturbed area with a similar surface material (concrete, asphalt, or soil). <br /> I • Prepare and submit report. <br /> Threatened and Endangered Species Survey: <br /> I • Receipt of task order. <br /> • Selection of staff(experience, availability, etc.). <br /> • Development of work plan, costing, and scheduling. <br /> I • Approval of work plan, budget, and schedule by City. <br /> • Collection of appropriate data from Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, <br /> U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Florida Natural Areas Inventory, SFWMD, City of Fort <br /> ILauderdale, Broward County, and others. <br /> • Site visit to include GPS of transects observed and also locations of any species of con- <br /> I cern identified, areas of appropriate habitat, and collection of photographs and other ap- <br /> propriate data for report. <br /> • Interpretation of results, development of tabularized data sets, preparation of maps, and <br /> I . <br /> submission of reports, including photographs. <br /> Submission of report to City. <br /> • Revision and finalization of report. <br /> IWetland Delineation: <br /> • Receipt of task order. <br /> • Selection of staff(experience, availability, etc.). <br /> • Development of work plan, costing, and scheduling. <br /> • Approval of work plan, budget, and schedule by City. <br /> I • Collection of background data, maps, and other materials from the City and other federal, <br /> state, and local agencies. <br /> I <br /> 7ici s EnVaonmenat 33 <br />
