Provided oversight of <br /> implementation of remedial actions. <br /> Project Geologist; Piney Point Phosphates Decommissioning Support, <br /> HRK Holdings—Conducted emergency management of 2 billion gallons of <br /> industrial wastewater in an environmentally sensitive setting near Cockroach <br /> Bay. a pristine aquatic preserve in lower Tampa Bay. Assisted in review of as- <br /> sessment data collected by others and evaluation of water treatment data as <br /> part of the closure of gypsum stacks and impounded water in the stacks. This <br /> 24/7 operation required treatment of industrial waste water prior to discharge. <br /> Project Manager; Miscellaneous Consulting Services, Industrial Galva- <br /> nizers—Provide miscellaneous services, including support on hazardous mate- <br /> rials management. aboveground storage tank compliance, health and safety <br /> regulations. spill response and removal actions, and regulatory agency negotia- <br /> tions for facility in Tampa. Florida. Act as technical representative on Super- <br /> 1 fund and RCRA-related issues(IND GALV—Ongoing-5429.027. <br /> Project Manager; Phase I and II ESAs, Site Assessments, and Remedial <br /> Actions, Lowes Home Companies—Provide Phase I and Phase II ESAs. site <br /> assessments. and rapid response remedial actions as needed for numerous fa- <br /> cilities in Florida. Worked with Lowes real estate group during redevelopment <br /> projects by conducting asbestos and lead-based paint surveys prior to demoli- <br /> tion of existing facilities. At one site. prepared permit to allow for develop- <br /> ment on top of a former landfill and conducted methane monitoring of facility <br /> after construction. <br /> Project Geologist; Geophysical Surveys, Confidential Client—Conducted <br /> terrain conductivity and resistivity surveys to characterize site stratigraphy at a <br /> pesticide manufacturing facility in Dallas. Texas. These data were then used to <br /> develop an appropriate work plan for a contamination assessment. <br /> Project Manager; Contamination Assessment, Texaco—Conducted con- <br /> lamination assessment of retail petroleum marketing facility in Nassau. Baha- <br /> mas. The assessment evaluated the extent of free product, dissolved hydrocar- <br /> bons. and adsorbed hydrocarbons.
