B&A was <br /> • responsible for the planning and architectural analysis required <br /> 0 to establish need for revitalization. Our effort involved extensive <br /> ® site analysis, neighborhood analysis, context area analysis, and <br /> building conditions evaluation. Additionally B&A evaluated the <br /> ® architectural design typologies of the immediate neighborhood <br /> • to establish the architectural character of the future project. <br /> • <br /> Based on New Urbanism concepts the site plan design is based <br /> on the extension of the city grid into the property to create easily <br /> O identifiable and defensible space, while providing a sense of <br /> • community.
