(B&A) in cooperation with Keith <br /> • Hollywood, Florida and Schnars, P.A. developed the City of Hollywood City-wide <br /> • Master Plan within an 18 month project schedule. As part of <br /> • Client: City of Hollywood the team, B&A has carried out all the urban design analysis and <br /> • Completed:2001 is responsible for the development of the Urban Design Element <br /> • of the Master Plan. <br /> • A city-wide analysis of the different sectors that comprise the <br /> • City of Hollywood was undertaken to assess the problems and <br /> • opportunities in each area as well as to gain an understanding of <br /> • how the City of Hollywood functions in its totality. Major roadway <br /> • corridors and proposed improvements by FDOT were analyzed <br /> to identify potential opportunities for redevelopment. Being a <br /> • completely built-up city, the Master Plan identified the potential to <br /> • increase development densities in opportune sections of the City, <br /> • and at the areas and at the motor court area for taxis. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • 24 <br />
