<br /> preliminary engineering/PD&E, access management, traffic operations, and safety, with

<br /> Site ImpactTraining—FOOT Report (IJR) was approved in March 2011. The interchange will enable the reconstruction 40
<br /> of the existing bridge crossing of Matanzas Woods Parkway into a full interchange with
<br /> Q/LOSTraining—FOOT I-95. The interchange will serve the City of Palm Coast, Bunnell, and future DRI scale
<br /> developments that have been approved in the area.
