This is a Task Work Order based <br /> Highway Institute contract to assist the unit in conducting special projects, and other work as requested. <br /> Basic and Intermediate <br /> FSUTMS Modeling—FOOT DAVI E COMMONS DRI, IMR AND LUPASTUDIES, DAVIE, FL: As the Director <br /> of the Transportation Planning Division, Mr. Krane became the senior advisor to the study <br /> Land Use Modeling for team preparing complex development related studies including a Development of Regional <br /> FSUTMS—FDOT Impact(DRI) report, Interchange Modification Report(IMR)and a Land Use Plan Amendment <br /> (LUPA)for a development of 2,000,000 square feet.Mr. Krane's FDOT and policy experience <br /> Leadership Academy—FOOT helped the application progress through FDOT and FHWA procedures. <br /> Various Management and MATAN ZAS WOODS AND 1-95 I JR, FLAGLER COUNTY, FL: Mr.Krane was Project <br /> Communication Classes <br /> —FOOT Manager for a new interchange proposal along 1-95 between the existing interchanges of Palm <br /> Coast Parkway in Flagler County and US-1 in St.Johns County. The Interchange Justification <br /> Site ImpactTraining—FOOT Report (IJR) was approved in March 2011. The interchange will enable the reconstruction 40 <br /> of the existing bridge crossing of Matanzas Woods Parkway into a full interchange with <br /> Q/LOSTraining—FOOT I-95.
