<br /> Monroe County has contracted with Keith and Schnars to update their Comprehensive Plan Policy and Technical Documents
<br /> to the 2010-2030 planning timeframe, and prepare their Evaluation,Appraisal and Report(EAR). The last update occurred
<br /> in 1995. This includes extensive public involvement to define the Major Issues of the County;data collection and inventory
<br /> of all aspects of the County; and close coordination with County staff and all agencies within the County. The final phase
<br /> of this project is to realign the LDC sections to make it more user friendly, incorporate modern planning strategies, and to
<br /> implement the Goals, Objectives and Policies of the updated Comprehensive Plan.
