<br /> re-surfacing, utility relocation, intersection improvements, enhancement, sea walls, noise
<br /> walls, etc. The majority of these projects were completed through Districtwide Minor
<br /> Design Consultant Contracts. In addition, there were a number of"stand-alone" projects
