Continuing Professional Architectural & Engineering Services 2.0 Qualifications <br /> ' • Comprehensive Beach Area Study <br /> This study involved developing a vision plan for the beach area, and included a parking capacity <br /> analysis and roadway capacity improvements. The conceptual plan created, delineated all the <br /> required improvements to the roadway nerivork, servicing the beach area. Typical cross-sections <br /> were developed, detailing on-street parking, sidewalks, pedestrians and bicycle corridors, <br /> landscaping and streetscaping. The plan was also placed on the Broward County MPO Long- <br /> Range Plan, 2030, unfunded, with improvements totaling over <br /> $18 million. <br /> • <br /> Hillsboro Boulevard Streetscape Project ; <br /> t This project involved the development of design/construction `' <br /> documents for a $13 million streetscape improvement project, . �+ <br /> tfrom Federal Highway/US-1/SR-5 to SR-A1A. The project -- - -- 'S <br /> included on-street parking, utility and drainage improvements, - <br /> undergrounding of FP&L electrical, street lighting, resurfacing, <br /> pavement markings and signing, traffic signalization and four <br /> (4) intersections and extensive landscaping. McMahon was responsible for access management, <br /> traffic signalization and MOT. <br /> City of Lauderhill/CRA <br /> McMahon has been involved with the City of Lauderhill/CRA since 2000, up to the present.
