1 <br /> 1SJNNr isteJ <br /> a <br /> 1 u '' y�' <br /> fRf <br /> • <br /> • L • <br /> 1L> <br /> if OPL S" <br /> C't� •oF FLsus l'‘4° <br /> Addendum No. 4 <br /> CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br /> 1 Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Services - Firms Only <br /> CITY RFQ NO. 12-04-02 <br /> To All Bidders: <br /> Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes, <br /> 1 additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in <br /> accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence <br /> over anything shown or described otherwise. <br /> 1 Section 3.1 "CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES" shall be amended to include the following <br /> three items: Construction Management, Structural Engineering, and MEP Engineering. <br /> 1 Under Construction Management, the activities may include, but shall not be limited to: <br /> • Construction supervision for adherence to contract <br /> 1 documents, plans, and specifications as produced by the City <br /> or for the City. <br /> 1 • Provide and maintain a construction schedule using software <br /> such as Primavera, SureTrak, or MS-Project <br /> • Provide periodic reports of findings in writing <br /> 1 • Ensure that the contractor has proper insurances. <br /> 1 • Assist in the management of submittals, shop drawings, and <br /> RFPs. <br /> • Provide consultation services for the management of change <br /> 1 orders including pricing. <br /> • Use Project Management tools and software to assist in <br /> 1managing the overall budget of the project. <br /> • Assist with inspections <br /> 1 • Inspect and review the project to monitor compliance with <br /> the Building Code, City Ordinances, safety codes, and other <br /> applicable regulations. <br /> 1 <br /> Tuesday, May 01. 2012 <br /> 1 <br />
