In this role, he was responsible for <br /> ® ACADEMIC policy and legislation for the Army Corps of Engineers' civil works program. This included <br /> BACKGROUND the development and authorization of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan and <br /> ® M.S.,Biology,Austin Peay three Water Resources Development Acts. In addition, Mr. Davis served as the Chair of <br /> ® State University, 1981 the White House Wetlands Working Group and was instrumental in the development of <br /> national wetlands policy and regulations.
