<br /> Springs 2008-present FL: The project involved the operational evaluation of the Old Cutler Road Corridor
<br /> between SW 87th Avenue and SW 212th Street with the intention of assessing the viability
<br /> of establishing traffic roundabouts at SW 89th and 97th Avenues, incorporating the roadway
<br /> operations and infrastructure into the approved Corridor Master Plan, and improvements
<br /> to the pedestrian/bicycle trails. This project included the feasibility assessment and the 0
<br /> design and evaluation of two roundabouts. As Project Manager for this special study, with
<br /> a limited budget and time frame, Mr. Rodriguez directed the engineering specialists of Keith
<br /> and Schnars in the conceptual design, cost estimates determination, roundabout design and
<br /> traffic operations analyses and simulations.
