The 5th and Alton <br /> • at South Beach project dealt with a unique multi-use commercial and public parking facility at the gateway to South Beach. <br /> The project involved the preparation of the Traffic Impact Study directed not only to the traffic aspects but also garage <br /> • operations/circulation and the incorporation of public transit facilities that will meld with the City's and County's proposed <br /> • mass transit programs for Alton Road. Mr. Rodriguez' work included oversight of traffic analyses, meetings with City <br /> representatives, and board and Commission hearings. <br /> • <br /> MIAMI-DADE COUNTYWIDE PARKING POLICY STUDY, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL: Mr. Rodriguez <br /> • directed this major countywide policy study which investigated the state of parking regulations, enforcement, needs, local <br /> • policies and objectives and activities. The resulting report emphasized several recommended actions oriented towards the <br /> • incorporation of integrated and consistent parking regulations and policies. <br /> • ANALYSIS OF ACCESS ALTERNATIVES AND INTERMODAL TRANSIT FACILITY, SR-7 & SAMPLE ROAD <br /> • INTERCHANGE, SEMINOLE COCONUT CREEK CASINO, BROWARD COUNTY. FL Mr. Rodriguez was the <br /> project manager for this project which involved the analysis of several conceptual access configuration alternatives at the <br /> SR-7 and Sample Road Interchange for the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino (SCCC) in Coconut Creek, Florida. As part <br /> of the overall access analysis, the potential accommodation of a transit station in the northeast quadrant of the SR-7 and <br /> • Sample Road interchange was assessed. In addition, alternative viable bus transit station sites were identified and assessed <br /> • as well. The analyses included current Broward County Transit (BCT) services, proposed bus routes and extensions, <br /> • and the Coconut Creek Community bus system.
