<br /> Mr. Cole is familiar with all phases of land development design and construction.
<br /> He has directed engineering services and designed components of numerous major
<br /> projects. This has included commercial, industrial, resort, recreational and
<br /> community developments, both domestically and internationally, for the public
<br /> and private sectors. Included in these were over 5,000 acres of redevelopment
<br /> QUALIFICATIONS projects for Broward County, two county convention centers, several public park
