RESUME <br /> Park and the pool offers swimming lanes and a dive well. These athletic fields <br /> are used to host regional baseball/softball tournaments along with adult and <br /> youth leagues. William was the Electrical Engineer for this project. <br /> Robert King High Park Community Center and Soccer Field <br /> Miami, Florida <br /> JALRW provided the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the Lighting <br /> Design for this new 6,500 square foot Community Center building including <br /> covered basketball court, new tennis court, lighting, parking, playground& picnic <br /> area. This project is currently under construction for an estimated cost of$1.2 <br /> M. A second phase of this project consists of an illuminated soccer filed with <br /> adjoining restrooms. Phase II of this project has not been constructed. William is <br /> the Electrical Engineer for this project. <br /> South Regional/Broward College Library <br /> Pembroke Pines, Florida <br /> JALRW provided HVAC and Electrical Engineering Design Services for this new <br /> 70,000 square foot regional library project on Broward Community College's <br /> south campus. The library is provided with daylight controls and energy efficient <br /> dimmable lighting, CO2 sensors, demand control ventilation, dedicated outside <br /> air units with pre-treated outside air and heat pipe energy recovery. It is the first <br /> LEED certified project for Broward County and has achieved a Silver rating from <br /> the U.S. Green Building Council. Mr. Abarca was the Electrical Engineer of <br /> Record for this project. Construction Cost:$11,000,000 <br /> Hope Hospice,Lehigh Acres, Florida <br /> JALRW provided the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering for this project. Mr. <br /> Abarca served as Electrical Engineer for this new two-story, 50,000-SF hospice <br /> facility. The twenty-four bed facility achieved a Silver rating from the U.S. Green • <br /> Building Council.
