<br /> Team Project Manager and Terminal S.A. de C.V.). Mr. Levis was the partner-in-charge selected to design a new,
<br /> Urban Design themed destination retail village comprising 17 buildings, and incorporating a multimodal
<br /> center. Coordinating a Florida and Honduras production team, Mr. Levis designed and oversaw
<br /> construction of every aspect of the $15M development.
<br /> Professional Affiliations Before joining Atkins, Mr. Levis' project experience included:

<br /> Architects(AIA) Community Center and Public Library, Village of Pinecrest, Pinecrest, FL. Mr. Levis
<br /> American Association of Port was the partner-in-charge for a signature civic facility featuring lush courtyards, a five-acre
<br /> Authorities(AAPA) sports/recreational field, and two separate structures housing the village's 30,000-square-
<br /> foot community center and branch Miami-Dade library, tied together by covered walkways
<br /> Association International and trellises. The complex blends harmoniously with rock walls, historic details, and massing
<br /> Villes et Ports(AIVP) complementing the original Parrot Jungle(now Pinecrest Gardens)setting.
<br /> Florida International Campus and Buildings, Miami, FL(Temple Beth Am). Mr. Levis was the partner-in-
<br /> University Lehman Center charge for an $18 million multi-phased program, including a new sanctuary with seating for
<br /> for Transportation Research up to 1,100, a ballroom, chapel, two-story administrative wing, and 60,000 sf of remodeled
<br /> Advisory Committee, classroom buildings, plus a soccer field, gardens, courtyards, a basketball stadium for league
<br /> Member play, and parking for over 300 cars.
<br /> Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center, City of Norfolk, Norfolk, VA. Mr. Levis
<br /> was the partner-in-charge for the design of an award-winning multiuse facility on downtown
<br /> Norfolk's waterfront. The 536 million complex comprises an 85,000-square-foot seashell-like
<br /> building sitting on a 50,000-square-foot new pier built over open water. A new marina creates
<br /> a focal point of cultural and recreational importance for the city.
<br /> Joseph Martin Institute for Law, Easton, MA(Stonehill College). Mr. Levis was the
<br /> project designer for the 50,000-square-foot undergraduate teaching facility and container of
<br /> the archives of longtime U.S. Representative Joseph Martin.
<br /> Ocean Gateway Master Plan, Portland, ME (Maine Department of Transportation). This
<br /> project involved developing a 30-year master plan for the waterfront in downtown Portland.
<br /> Also planned for the 16-acre site were public parks, promenades, bike trails, and a narrow
<br /> gauge rail.
<br /> a Carnival at the Queen Mary, Long Beach Harbor, CA(Carnival Corporation). Mr. Levis
<br /> was the partner-in-charge for the $44 million project completed in 2003, which retrofits the
<br /> largest geodesic dome in the world.
