Mr. Pobiner was <br /> principal planner for this project that involved a 48-acre town center master plan based on <br /> European design principles from a Croatian harbor village. <br /> I Capitol South Multi-Use Redevelopment Plan, Columbus, OH.As principal planner, Mr. <br /> Pobiner helped to create a redevelopment plan for the southeastern quadrant of downtown <br /> I Columbus, including new retail and hotel development, new state and federal offices, parking <br /> management, preservation of the historic Ohio Theater, and new urban design guidelines. <br /> Citywide Development Guidelines, Columbus, OH. Mr. Pobiner developed urban design <br /> guidelines and development standards for the City of Columbus metropolitan region (1 million <br /> Ipersons). <br /> Comprehensive and Town Center Plans, Bellaire, TX.
