Over the course of his career, his <br /> Architect: professional responsibilities have included master planning, design guidelines, visioning, <br /> Georgia 750, 1987 park master planning, trails and greenways, streetscape design, site design, site assessment, <br /> South Carolina 1153, 2011 rezoning, property preacquisition studies, community involvement, institutional, health care <br /> facilities, hotels, office efforts, and the preparation of construction documents for numerous <br /> Professional Affiliations urban projects. He has also been responsible for design and project management on a broad <br /> American Society of range of federal planning projects. <br /> t Landscape Architects(ASLA) <br /> Mr. Boudreau's relevant experience includes the following: <br /> Abernathy Road Greenway, City of Sandy Springs, Sandy Springs, GA. Project <br /> manager for this highly visible project on both sides of Abernathy Road that extends from the <br /> Chattahoochee River along Johnson Ferry eastward to Roswell Road. The first phase of the <br /> park is over 20 acres in size and the proposed improvements include naturalizing landscapes, <br /> walkways and trails, large open meadows, the preservation of an education and interpretive <br /> center, southern gardens, stream enhancements, and proposed play and recreational facilities. <br /> Phase Ill has been constructed and Phase IV improvements are funded with TE funds and will be <br /> completed in 2012. The construction budget is $14 million and the project will be constructed <br /> in several phases. <br /> WaterStone Mixed Use Development and Design Guidelines, Madison, AL. Mr. <br /> Boudreau served as senior landscape architect to create the Master Plan Report and Design <br /> Guidelines to help direct the physical form and overall character and ensure continuity of the <br /> quality of future development within the WaterStone development. Built around a 23-acre lake, <br /> the development will not only be home to a lifestyle center, restaurants, a four-star hotel, a <br /> local hospital, Class A offices, a variety of high density residential units, and regional recreation, <br /> but will become the civic and business core for the town of Madison. <br /> e Arlington Hike and Bike Master Plan and Design Guidelines, City of Arlington, <br /> Arlington,TX. Mr. Boudreau served as project manager for planning and landscape <br /> architecture for development of a master plan and design guidelines for a comprehensive <br /> network of trails and facilities that utilizes existing and planned roadway infrastructure, utility <br /> easements, and linear parks to connect users to neighborhoods, parks, schools, and places <br /> of interest, while providing connectivity to the hike and bike systems of adjacent cities. The <br /> master plan depicts a comprehensive system of off-road and on-road trails and facilities that <br /> encourages bicycle and pedestrian travel and is integrated with the regional veloweb system. <br /> Norcross Streetscape Design Guidelines, Norcross, GA. Mr. Boudreau served as senior <br /> landscape architect and worked with local citizens in Norcross, Georgia, through a series of <br /> public meetings to develop a set of guidelines for the design of new streetscape projects <br /> in downtown Norcross. These guidelines directed the palette of materials to be used, the <br /> relationship of pedestrian paths to vehicular travel lanes, sidewalk and travel lane widths, street <br /> tree usage, street furniture, and signage. <br /> Renaissance District, City of Marietta, Marietta, GA. Project manager supporting the <br /> design, development, and construction oversight for the neighborhood gateway entrances and <br /> parks improvements for the Renaissance District.
