1 <br /> ea G. <br /> T <br /> Wit, <br /> 0 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 MIGRATE <br /> "Migrate" represents the all-important task of successfully transferring the design from the <br /> 1 engineering office to the construction field and ultimately a finished product. "Migration" is the <br /> process whereby we support the contractor in the proper execution of the project from start to <br /> 1 finish. These items are: <br /> I. Providing the client/contractor with a full set of documents as agreed with transmittals. <br /> 1 2. Coordinating and instituting the RFI system with the contractor and client. <br /> 3. Coordinating and instituting a submittal and shop drawing submission and approval process. <br /> 4. Coordinating site visits and inspections with the client/contractor. <br /> 1 5. Coordination for attendance of construction weekly meetings (if required by client or <br /> contractor). <br /> 6. "Migration" also includes successfully closing out the project at the time of construction <br /> 1 completion. These items include: <br /> a. Oversee final inspections <br /> 1 b. Approval of close-out documents such as warranties and manuals of operation. <br /> c. Assist the client and contractor with obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy if <br /> applicable. <br /> 1 d. Coordinate with the contractor in order to provide the required as-builts. <br /> e. Provide other assistance to the contractor as may be needed. <br /> BUILD <br /> 1 "Build" is the only process that we have no control over but have included it in the "Method Sphere" <br /> 1 as the ultimate last step in the standard progression of the design process. <br /> ( OVERALL ORGANIZATION TO COMPLETING PROJECTS <br /> 1 The Team understands the needs of the City of Sunny Isles Beach and the potential variety of projects <br /> that may be awarded under this contract. The work objective of the team for the various potential <br /> project assignments is to provide the City with a highly responsive, competent and diversified Team <br /> of professionals. <br /> 1 One of the Team Leaders for this contract. Michael Kroll. RLA. will provide the necessary direction <br /> and be responsible to the City for the quality and timeliness of the work product.
