Signage and Wayfinding <br />' Design <br /> Our Team's approach to a typical design tasks required for the City's urban design services is <br />' outlined below. <br /> Existing Site Condition Analysis: The Team will physically review an existing site prior to the <br />' development of any design documents. This physical inspection of a project area is instrumental to <br /> the desien. The Team will review existing infrastructure. climatic conditions. pedestrian or vehicular <br /> uses. adjacent physical or roadway improvements. community content, community linkages and the <br />' project's relationship to the City. These conditions are noted and graphically prepared to identify <br /> relational and spatial opportunities for the project design. <br />' Existing on-site improvements within the project site will also be analyzed for condition. and <br /> potential impact upon future enhancements. In addition to our design and planning Team. our in- <br /> house environmental professionals and construction services staff will assist in assessing the project <br /> site and its awareness so that inconspicuous conditions are uncovered prior to any design efforts. <br /> Code Requirements: Code requirements such as specific design guidelines. zoning restrictions. and <br /> underlying land use can have a significant impact upon the potential improvements for a project. The <br /> Team's planners will thoroughly review any underlying zoning or development restrictions upon a <br /> property prior to any design development.
