Performed work consisting of traffic <br /> engineering, traffic calming and safety studies as well as reviewing traffic impacts of proposed land developments. Traffic <br /> engineering work included capacity/level-of-service analyses, traffic signal warrant studies, intersection and arterial studies, <br /> ' safety studies, potential impacts of proposed land use developments. He successfully developed traffic calming and traffic <br /> engineering studies for the Town. As one of the key staff, he contributed successfully in the development of the Town's <br /> Transportation Element and Transportation Master Plan. <br /> ' UPDATE OF THE TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT•CITY OF HIALEAH, FL <br /> Project Manager who updated of the City's Transportation Element to incorporate the annexed area northwest of the existing <br /> City boundaries. The study consisted of analyzing existing and future conditions on the transportation system and <br /> ' developing a future transportation system to include required improvements. This project was extensively coordinated with <br /> reviewing agencies and received approval by the City Council as well as both State agencies, the Dept. of Community <br /> Affairs(DCA)and the Florida Dept. of Transportation(FOOT). <br /> ' STRATEGIC INTERMODAL SYSTEM (SIS)ACTION & MASTER PLANS—FDOT, DISTRICT 6 <br /> He is a member of the statewide technical committee who assisted with the development and establishment of the SIS.
