<br /> the commissioners, city employees, and other stakeholders in the community. She was responsible for the Facilities
<br /> and Service element of the plan; which included assessing and making recommendations on roads, streetscape,
<br /> ' parks and open spaces, water and sewer services, and emergency services. Two presentations were made to the
<br /> City Council and attending townspeople on the findings and recommendations,
<br /> TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE AND EAR AMENDMENTS — CITY OF
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FL
<br /> ' Traffic Technician — She worked with the Center for Building Better Communities to help small cities with
<br /> comprehensive plan amendments and updates. She completed a data and analysis report for the transportation
<br /> element of their comprehensive plan and created all of the supporting materials (such as maps, posters, and
<br /> ' brochures)for a transportation charrette held at City Hall in Zephyrhills. She presented the City of Zephyrhills with a
<br /> traffic circulation element planning framework consisting of the specific goals and objectives that would go into their
<br /> Evaluation and Appraisal Report. She wrote a summary of events as a case study for a Best Practices in Small City
<br /> ' Transportation Guide.
