Project Initiation: Our approach to respond to a request for work order or fee proposal will follow these procedural • steps: • Establish Point of contact for each project and provide JBA's assigned representative • Have preliminary meeting, if warranted, to define the Scope of Services and to resolve any questions. • Visit the proposed site, gather all pertinent information necessary for preparing the Proposal • or Request for Work Order of Notice to Proceed. Define and/or confirm the scope of work. • Investigate and become familiar of the project scope and limitations 1 • Obtain input from Professional Consultants • • Generate fee proposal including timeline for completion, staffing and deliverables. Fee proposals will comply with all the requirements established in the contract. ' Project Planning: Approach and Method: Approach, management and methods utilized to plan, conduct, and administer project, inclusive of procedures to assure timely performance of the work. I ' JBA will approach each City of Sunny Isles Beach project with the same professionalism that we serve all County and City agencies and private sector clients whether it is for a proposed multi- million dollar facility or a minor modification. We remain involved from the beginning of a project to its final completion, from the feasibility study of a site, through site design and construction, to the final as-built and close out. Our firm is experienced at conducting Architectural and Engineering Services in dynamic large sites where there is constant ongoing activity. Our staff is experienced in coordinating our work with the City's Project Managers and with the Professional Consultants, General Contractors, and Specialty Contractors as well as with all City, County and State Agencies having jurisdiction over the project (Building, Zoning, Planning, WASD, Public Works, Fire Department, DERM, etc.) Preliminary review and coordination of consultants work. Our staff enjoys the challenges encountered in conducting demanding work. We pay attention to details before the work commences. We like to coordinate with the occupants or users and receive their input.
