We remain involved from the beginning of a project to <br /> its final completion, from the feasibility study of a site, through site design and construction, to the <br /> final as-built and close out. Our firm is experienced at conducting Architectural and Engineering <br /> Services in dynamic large sites where there is constant ongoing activity. Our staff is experienced in <br /> coordinating our work with the City's Project Managers and with the Professional Consultants, <br /> General Contractors, and Specialty Contractors as well as with all City, County and State Agencies <br /> having jurisdiction over the project (Building, Zoning, Planning, WASD, Public Works, Fire <br /> Department, DERM, etc.) <br /> Preliminary review and coordination of consultants work. <br /> Our staff enjoys the challenges encountered in conducting demanding work. We pay attention to <br /> details before the work commences. We like to coordinate with the occupants or users and receive <br /> their input.
