BONFILL 8 ASSOCIATES A r c hit e c i s Land Surveyors & Mappers Approach and Methodology 1 1 Surveying: Understanding of the City of Sunny Isles Beach's needs, goals and objectives. J. Bonfill & Associates (JBA) will provide professional services for Surveying, Topographical, and Mapping IServices on an as-needed basis for multiple projects. The services will include: • Boundary Survey Underground Utility Location • As-Built or Record Drawings Drainage Surveys Legal Descriptions & Sketche • s • Construction Layouts Preparation of Plats and Maps Topographic Surveys • Plat & Street Committee meetings • Calculations Vertical Project Network Control Control • Right of Way Surveys Water Boundary Survey • Alignment and Right of Way Lines • ALTA/ACSM Surveys IScheduling methodology-time line for effectively executing the work in the optimum time. J. Bonfill and Associates maintains a very flexible field survey crew structure. We do this by I extensive cross training of personnel, careful hiring techniques, and having a unified planning and scheduling department. For technical positions.such as Party Chiefs or Instrument personnel, we maintain multiple trained individuals in our crews. JBA can rapidly increase the number of crews available by utilizing these cross trained individuals and selected office personnel to form additional Icrews. ▪ We employ three Registered Land Surveyors. • We employ four survey crews. • Our technical staff is made up of graduate Architects and graduate Engineers. Our Proposed Project Managers have been working together since 1992. • Three owners will be actively involved in this contract. I • All City projects will be monitored by 3 people to ensure rapid response to all requests. Approach to preparing the different type of Surveying Services: o Boundary Survey: The monumentation and re-monumentation of property boundaries and subdivisions as stated in a Work Order. Survey and/or stake as needed all existing recorded subdivision/condominium I boundaries, tracts, units, phases, blocks, street RNV lines, and common areas. Including analysis and processing of all field collected data and/or reports. If unrecorded subdivision is on file in the public records of the subject county, tie existing monumentation of the beginning and end of unrecorded subdivision. I As-Built or Record Drawings: The measurement and preparation of plans showing existing improvements after construction and I the layout of proposed improvements. Locate all above ground features and improvements. Deliver in data in electronic format including field edits, analysis and processing of all field collected data, existing maps, a hard copy of the field book, and/or report.
