J. Bonfill & <br /> Associates (JBA) will provide professional services for Surveying, Topographical, and Mapping <br /> IServices on an as-needed basis for multiple projects. The services will include: <br /> • Boundary Survey Underground Utility Location <br /> • As-Built or Record Drawings Drainage Surveys <br /> Legal Descriptions & Sketche • <br /> s <br /> • Construction Layouts <br /> Preparation of Plats and Maps Topographic Surveys <br /> • Plat & Street Committee meetings • Calculations <br /> Vertical Project Network Control Control <br /> • Right of Way Surveys Water Boundary Survey <br /> • Alignment and Right of Way Lines • ALTA/ACSM Surveys <br /> IScheduling methodology-time line for effectively executing the work in the optimum time. <br /> J. Bonfill and Associates maintains a very flexible field survey crew structure. We do this by <br /> I extensive cross training of personnel, careful hiring techniques, and having a unified planning and <br /> scheduling department. For technical positions.such as Party Chiefs or Instrument personnel, we <br /> maintain multiple trained individuals in our crews. JBA can rapidly increase the number of crews <br /> available by utilizing these cross trained individuals and selected office personnel to form additional <br /> Icrews. <br /> ▪ We employ three Registered Land Surveyors. <br /> • We employ four survey crews. <br /> • Our technical staff is made up of graduate Architects and graduate Engineers. <br /> Our Proposed Project Managers have been working together since 1992. <br /> • Three owners will be actively involved in this contract. <br /> I • All City projects will be monitored by 3 people to ensure rapid response to all requests. <br /> Approach to preparing the different type of Surveying Services: <br /> o Boundary Survey: <br /> The monumentation and re-monumentation of property boundaries and subdivisions as stated in a <br /> Work Order. Survey and/or stake as needed all existing recorded subdivision/condominium <br /> I boundaries, tracts, units, phases, blocks, street RNV lines, and common areas. Including analysis <br /> and processing of all field collected data and/or reports. If unrecorded subdivision is on file in the <br /> public records of the subject county, tie existing monumentation of the beginning and end of <br /> unrecorded subdivision. <br /> I <br /> As-Built or Record Drawings: <br /> The measurement and preparation of plans showing existing improvements after construction and <br /> I the layout of proposed improvements.
