Our project team's current and
• projected workload will allow us to begin working on the contract immediately upon receiving the notice to proceed
and commit the necessary resources to fully meet the institute's schedule from start to finish. Our staff would be
•
available as required, and we would budget the design team to spend 60% of their weekly time dedicated
® to this project. Should a specific task require more manpower, the work could easily be shifted to more
designers to meet the deadline. Our staff and reasonable rates allow us to handle large, complex projects yet still
• remain competitive on small and large scale projects. SGM provides the required services in a timely manner.
SGM prides ourselves on providing the County with a quality product, on-time and within budget. This has been
• demonstrated through our prior work for our public and private clients throughout Florida. The personnel
• resources of SGM exceed those necessary to accomplish the HVAC replacement within the County's Contract, as
well as our currently committed workload.
•
• Management Plan
Single point of client contact: Our Project Manager is your single point of contact for the project, and we expect
• that your organization provides a managing counterpart for the project. This eases the flow of information and
allows us to provide exceptionally responsive customer service.
• Solid track record for on-time delivery: We have an outstanding delivery record, borne of many years refining
scheduling tools. Experience tells us that it is important to establish a realistic schedule, identify long lead time
• and critical-path items, publish and distribute the schedule to all parties, meet regularly to monitor developments,
• develop flexible alternatives, if needed.
• Staffing infrastructure: Meeting the schedule often means assigning sufficient project staff at the right time.
Each SGM office has a single operations director who constantly monitors project workload and staff resources
• for all contracts. Weekly capacity reviews avoid critical choke points and permit continual adjustment of staff
• levels.
® SGMA
• ENGINEERING6 23
•
