<br /> O Mr. Lizasoain is a successful Project Manager as he has demonstrated to simultaneously manage the four basic
<br /> elements of a project including resources, time, money, and most importantly, scope. All these elements are
<br /> ® interrelated. Each must be managed effectively. Mr. Lizasoain manages these elements together making the
<br /> ® project and the project manager a success. Mr. Lizasoain is an experienced HVAC Engineer for municipal,
<br /> commercial and institutional buildings for the government and private sector. Mr. Lizasoain is also a Certified
<br /> ® Commissioning Agent committed to providing quality commissioning services from early in the design phase,
<br /> through construction and into the warranty period with the ability to oversee commissioning activities for facilities,
<br /> ® while meeting the highest level of LEED building certification feasible. Mr. Lizasoain has acted as the principal
