During this time, SGM has <br /> • been responsible for numerous projects ranging from: MEP renovations, additions, <br /> • plumbing and piping replacements, electrical signage, facility studies, gift shops, Airbus <br /> compatibility analysis. SGM is a professional firm that takes their designs and budgets <br /> • seriously. <br /> • Project highlights: <br /> ® • GOAA Office Building Annex (Completion Date: 2007) - SGM was part of the <br /> design/build team and provided MEP services for our 52,526 sq. ft. 3-story office <br /> • building which included designing new HVAC, electrical systems, & audio for <br /> • installation and other related site structures that included air-cooled chillers, future <br /> ® emergency generator, a transformer and a trash dumpster enclosure.
