<br /> • Morgan Levy Park Master Plan Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. (B&A) developed three distinct
<br /> • (formerly Doral Park) design schemes for the renovation of this 14-acre neighborhood
<br /> Doral, Florida park. In designing the renovations. B&A incorporated both active
<br /> • and passive recreation facilities, working within the confines of
<br /> • Client:City of Doral the existing site layout which included tennis courts, a recreation
<br /> • Cost: $11 Million building and a parking lot.
<br /> • Completion: 2007
<br /> This state-of-the-art neighborhood park features a community
<br /> • center, sports fields, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball
<br /> • courts, fitness walking/jogging trail, restroom facilities and o
<br /> • pavilion. The park also hosts city celebrations, festivals and
<br /> • community events.
<br /> •
<br /> B&A provided plan development, preparation of design
<br /> • documents, and maintenance standards and assisted the City
<br /> • in the bidding and negotiation phases as well as construction
<br /> • administration.
