I,I, `� -i i/ <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • Museum Parking Garage In order to support a rejuvenated retail environment along the <br /> Coral Gables, Florida renowned Miracle Mile corridor,the City of Coral Gables requested <br /> • that Bermello Ajamil & Partners design an 8-story parking garage <br /> • Client: City of Coral Gables that would support more than 600 spaces, and provide for retail <br /> • Size: 633 parking spaces space along the ground floor on an adjacent street. Designers <br /> • 8 levels with ground floor retail were to follow strict guidelines calling for Mediterranean-style <br /> Cost: $12 Million architecture synonymous with the city. <br /> • Completion: 2005 <br /> • Designers created a 12,000 SF retail liner on the ground floor of the <br /> • project. This is highlighted by a space specifically planned for a <br /> • local theater. The theater presented a particular challenge since <br /> • the garage had io be sound insulated.
