The scope of the project <br /> • included preparing a master plan within a 3.2 acre waterfront <br /> • site, and provided full design and documentation including <br /> architectural interior design, landscape architecture and civil <br /> • <br /> • engineering services. <br /> • The building is divided into athletic, educational, and <br /> • administrative rooms and gathering spaces, organized by a <br /> • linear gallery space with functional rooms on one side and <br /> • glass on the other, emphasizing the view to the pork and water. <br /> • An 8.800 SF gymnasium with a 150 person seating capacity <br /> anchors the gallery and all multi-purpose rooms.
