Inc. (B&A) provided the design, <br /> Miami Beach, Florida permitting and construction administration for the reconstruction <br /> 0 of 5 parking lots for the City of Miami Beach. Our Civil Engineering <br /> O Client:City of Miami Beach team provided designs that included geometric layout, paving/ <br /> 0 Completion:2004 grading, drainage/stormwater management including ex- <br /> O Cost: $500,000 filtration trenches, and deep injection wells. <br /> o The most challenging part of this project was the parking lot <br /> • layout which afforded very limited space. The Team was able <br /> o to maximize the number of parking stalls by coming up with <br /> 0 innovative design solutions that were still code compliant. Civil <br /> 0 Engineering managed oil permitting activities for this project <br /> O through Local County and City government public works, water <br /> and sewer management and environmental authorities.
