<br /> • "townhouse"floors,a ninth floor pool deck with open breezeway to the boy.

<br /> project located in the heart of Coral Gables. Gables Grand Plaza features luxurious residential units,
<br /> • retail shops and a private parking garage.Extended plaza-like sidewalks reinforce the development's
<br /> • connection to the surrounding city.Design components and amenities include,a fitness center,pool
<br /> • deck,and palm court,billiard room,business center,clubhouse and open-air balconies.
<br /> • 404 Washington,Miami Beach,Florida-Principal-in-charge. This mixed-use facility in Miami Beach is
<br /> • the premier example of a modern building successfully designed to co-exist and compliment the Art
<br /> • Deco vernacular of South Beach.Its Pueblo Deco style echoes the prevailing neighborhood theme
<br /> • and introduced a Southwestern influence.The eight-story facility incorporates retail,restaurant and
<br /> office use. A parking garage was cleverly concealed using an exterior skin that was articulated
<br /> • to make it totally unidentifiable. The office building was set back from the garage to suggest o
<br /> • pedestrian plaza,and the design also provided an open-air colonnade for outdoor dining,people
<br /> • watching and access to shops.An ornamental 125-foot gloss block tower was also designed to act
