B&A used natural materials borrowing from colors of the sand, sea and sky, as well as a 200-gallon aquarium and 76-foot bar. A children's playroom dazzles with fiber-optic constellations • shining from the ceiling,a spaceship and CD-ROM video.Computerized touch screens control the • club's sound and lighting systems. • Brickell Commons Master Plan, Downtown Miami, Florida - Principal-in-charge. Bermello, Ajamil & • Partners(B&A)was commissioned to design a master plan study of an underdeveloped site located • west of Brickell and south of the Miami River. B&A provided a series of studies exploring areas with • different programmatic requirements ranging from one million to ten million square feet. This • particular mixed-use facility features retail, commercial, entertainment, residential, extended stay and hotel attractions. • • Fortune House, Miami, Florida - Principal-in-charge. Fortune House Tower includes 22 residential • floors (7th through 28th)with 13 units each and an additional 11 units on the recreation deck level.
