Construction scheduling was broken into three phases to <br /> • minimize the impact on 2,000 daily passengers who went through the terminal. <br /> • American Airlines Admirals Club,Concourse E,Miami Florida-Principal-in-charge. Bermello Ajamil& <br /> • Partners transformed the Dade County Aviation Department executive offices at Miami International <br /> • Airport into the American Airlines Admirals Club. Design concepts incorporated natural materials <br /> • and tropical greenery to recreate the casual elegance of South Florida in a 2,000 SF atrium terrace <br /> • lounge. B&A used natural materials borrowing from colors of the sand, sea and sky, as well as a <br /> 200-gallon aquarium and 76-foot bar. A children's playroom dazzles with fiber-optic constellations <br /> • shining from the ceiling,a spaceship and CD-ROM video.Computerized touch screens control the <br /> • club's sound and lighting systems. <br /> • Brickell Commons Master Plan, Downtown Miami, Florida - Principal-in-charge. Bermello, Ajamil & <br /> • Partners(B&A)was commissioned to design a master plan study of an underdeveloped site located <br /> • west of Brickell and south of the Miami River. B&A provided a series of studies exploring areas with <br /> • different programmatic requirements ranging from one million to ten million square feet. This <br /> • particular mixed-use facility features retail, commercial, entertainment, residential, extended stay <br /> and hotel attractions. <br /> • <br /> • Fortune House, Miami, Florida - Principal-in-charge.
