The study was updated in 2004 with a comprehensive <br /> • review of cruise infrastructure development options.In September 2006,plans were announced to <br /> develop the cruise facility at the Kai Tok Airport site. <br /> • <br /> • Grand Central Master Plan,The World.Dubai,U.A.E.-Job Captain responsible for various schematic <br /> • and conceptual design proposals for the Mosier Plan of Grand Central.the mainland transportation <br /> and logistics hub for The World and the most critical component of the development. It measures <br /> • approximately 280 hectares and consists of 5 distinct districts. The Beachfront residential district, <br /> • the Gateway/Ferry district from which all ferries to and from The World will depart, the Marina <br /> • district,the Government district will contain the Fire, Police and Coast Guard parcels for service to <br /> • The World and finally, the Logistics Harbor district will be the logistics yard for The World, providing <br /> all services,storage and provisioning for The World. <br /> • <br /> • New York Cruise Terminals and Waterfront Planning and Development, New York, New York-Job <br /> • Captain responsible for initial designs, development of construction drawings and all permitting <br /> activities associated with this award-winning project. Project consists of the master plan for the <br /> • revitalization of the Manhattan cruise terminals and the expansion of cruising into Brooklyn, <br /> • converting what was originally a single-story waterfront cargo warehouse into Brooklyn's Pier 12, <br /> • an efficient contemporary embarkation and debarkation passenger terminal named by Editor-in- <br /> ® Chief of Porthole Magazine as"Best New U.S.Homeport". <br /> • Norfolk Cruise Terminal,Norfolk,Virginia-Job Captain responsible for master planning and design <br /> • development. Project entailed o market study for the development of a new passenger cruise <br /> • terminal in the City of Norfolk, Virginia, as well as design proposals for the design of the terminal <br /> and surrounding waterfront area including a new park design. <br /> • <br /> • Port Everglades Terminal No. 29, No. 26/27, Broward County, Florida - Port Everglades C.M. <br /> • Department. Job Captain responsible for designing, development of construction drawings <br /> and all permitting activities associated with this project, including coordination with the various <br /> • <br /> consultants and local government agencies. Project entailed improvements made to an existing <br /> • warehouse building to be converted into a passenger cruise terminal: this included the design <br /> • of new passenger waiting, check-in and security / processing areas as well as a new elevated <br /> • concourse and the addition of new gangway system. <br /> • Port Everglades Terminal No. 22/24, Broward County. Florida - Port Everglades C.M. Deportment. <br /> • Job Captain responsible for creating a set of as-built drawings of the existing terminal, designing <br /> • the new security / processing areas to meet current standards, development of construction <br /> drawings and all permitting activities as well as coordination with the various consultants and local <br /> • <br /> government agencies. <br /> • <br /> • Port Everglades, Building 28. Broward County, Florida - Port Everglades C.M. Department. Job <br /> • Captain responsible for creating a set of as-built drawings of an existing warehouse building. <br /> Worked closely with structural engineers to determine overall structural integrity of the building <br /> • and to create solutions to bring it up to code. <br /> • <br /> • Port Everglades Security Improvements,Broward County,Florida-Port Everglades C.M.Department. <br /> Job Captain responsible for development of construction drawings and all permitting activities <br /> • <br /> associated with this project.
