Project <br /> • entailed the construction of a newly created community/recreation center which included tennis <br /> • courts,o community center and a basketball pavilion. Existing amenities were also renovated. <br /> • Quayside Lake Townhomes, Biscayne Bay. Florida - Job Captain responsible for development of <br /> • construction drawings and all permitting matters associated with this project.
