<br /> • ferry stations from which all ferries to and from The World will depart.The total area for the district
<br /> • where this parking structure will be located is 41 hectares.

<br /> • sists of three buildings with retail at the ground level and condominiums and offices at the upper
<br /> • levels.The concept of the project was to create a park to the north part of the site and a paved
<br /> plaza to the south:both open spaces are surrounded by stores and restaurants that will bring them
<br /> •
<br /> alive.Also a riverwalk connects both public spaces to ensure the pedestrian activity of the site.

<br /> • Harbourside,Jupiter.Florida-Project Designer for a 300,000 sq.ft.waterfront development that in-
<br /> • cludes shops,offices and restaurants.Located on 8 acres, the development contains a total park-
<br /> ing of 1,026 spaces in three parking garages.This town center has been designed as a mixed-use
<br /> • complex that encompasses a variety of uses, including residential,retail and office components.
<br /> • The urban design has been conceived to promote the ensemble of a pedestrian friendly town.The
<br /> CO core of Harbourside is focused on the Riverwalk, a vibrant pedestrian street lined with restaurants
<br /> • and shops along the Jupiter River,as well as the Main Plaza,designed to be an attractive gather-
<br /> ing place,where dinning overlooks the marina.The architectural style embraces a vibrant varia-
<br /> • tion of buildings that continuously step back to create an elegant silhouette as it meets the sky.
<br /> • Such union of architecture, urban spaces, rhythm, details and the resulting atmosphere provide
<br /> • the Town of Jupiter with a design that brings together the entertainment,retail,cultural,and living
<br /> sectors of the community.

<br /> programming and architectural design.

<br /> • 203 Sevilla,Coral Gables,Florida-Project Manager for this 3-story parking garage that would sup-
<br /> port 200 spaces and provide 3,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. An important
<br /> challenge was to ensure that the design followed strict guidelines calling for a Mediterranean-style
<br /> • architecture characteristic of the city of Coral Gables. Responsibilities include code research,
<br /> • meetings with the city and architectural design.
<br /> • Journey's End Resort Master Plan, San Pedro, Belize - Project Manager and Project Designer for
<br /> • this 200-room hotel located at Ambergris Caye.This project has been designed as a picturesque
<br /> • hotel that includes a variety of amenities such as a spa,gym,restaurants and several pool decks.
<br /> • The Caribbean-style architecture embraces the island aesthetics and is consistent with the climate
<br /> • of the region. Balconies appear in all the floors, overlooking the fabulous beach. Responsibilities
<br /> include architectural design from schematic to design development.

<br /> • of on exclusive community at Ambergris Caye, Belize.The design has been conceived to promote
<br /> a pedestrian friendly environment.It seeks to introduce a pleasant living and walking atmosphere
<br /> • through the implementation of walkways, sidewalks, gathering spaces, pools and gardens. The
<br /> • Caribbean style architecture embraces the island aesthetics and its consistent with the climate
