After further studies this location was discarded due to unsuccessful attempts by the Village to • secure the additional properties. • South Miami Hospital Clinical Expansion, South Miami, Florida-Designer.The Clinical Expansion is a • key component of the South Miami Hospital Expansion program. With a budget of approximately • $58 Million,the project consists of the design of 91,000 additional SF of floor area and the renovation of 67,000 existent SF. The expansion will provide 16 acute care treatment spaces, a 6 station Fast- • Track, and a 12 bed Clinical Decision Unit.
