If <br /> •• agreed, B&A will meet to obtain sign-off. <br /> • 2.3 Utilities - Coordinate with private utilities and service providers. <br /> • <br /> • 2.4 Testing - Conduct tests and investigations to prepare geotechnical reports necessary for the <br /> • Design Development. <br /> • <br /> • 2.5 Operation & Maintenance Plan - Update the preliminary Operation and Maintenance Plan and <br /> • cost estimate for proposed improvements. <br /> • <br /> • 2.6 Submittal - Prepare and submit six (6) sets and electronic format of Design Development <br /> • Documents to the Village staff for review and approval. <br /> • <br /> • 2.7 Revisions - Respond in writing to all City comments. Revise/submit final Design Development <br /> • Documents. <br /> • <br /> • Phase 3 - Construction Documents <br /> • B&A will prepare a set of construction documents that will include both drawings and specifications. <br /> • <br /> • Phase 4 - Permitting and Bidding Phase <br /> • B&A's role will be to comply with all required procedures during the bidding portion of the project collect <br /> • and respond to all RFI's via oddendums and review all submitted bids and assist the City as needed <br /> • regarding the recommendation of the most qualified bidder. In conjunction with this phase, the project <br /> • documents will be issued for permitting to all applicable agencies.
