CD triD • Community Planning, Analysis & Design: ® Landscape master plans/construction documents for the streetscapes of several neighborhoods in ® Miami Beach: Orchard Park/Nautilus, four of the Venetian Isles and Biscayne Point. ® • Design Guidelines: ® Some examples of our design guidelines are included in the design of the Brickell Village Design Guidelines with the Corradino Group and also the set of guidelines as part of the Master Plan for the ® Homestead Bayfront Park. We have also worked on the Landscape Architectural Design Guidelines for Coconut Grove and the Design District in Miami. ® • Open Space Planning, Analysis & Design and Park Design: O Our most recent park experience includes South Pointe Park, Belle Isle Park in Miami Beach and Museum Park in downtown Miami as well as the lighting plan for the Old Parrot Jungle Park, which today is Pinecrest Gardens. Additionally, we just completed a master plan for the new open space park and garage in Sunny 0 Isles Beach. The Miami Beach Multimodal Facility, the Fisher Island Town Center Plaza and ® the Surfside Community Center offer open space design examples that our firm is proud of having successfully completed. ® Our firm has master planned the open space of many projects ranging from Institutional to Private ® Hotels and Condominiums.
